How long we retain your data
f you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you provide personal data in the process of registering as a member of BANZAI’s bike library, we will retain your data no longer than 6 months after you notify us that you wish to terminate your membership, or if your membership is terminated for any other reason.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
