We know we must act to move to Net Zero — but how? As individuals, we can easily feel overwhelmed by the challenge.
In BANZAI we work with neighbours and across the local area to identify and implement practical action to tackle the climate crisis.
We want to create a Net Zero neighbourhood in the Bruntsfield area and to engage with others in Edinburgh and Scotland to develop green, healthy, inclusive neighbourhoods that meet the real needs of the people who live there.

Our response to the call for “Place Plans” by mid 2026 to influence the Edinburgh City Plan 2040.
We are implementing a series of “People’s Assemblies”, for residents of South Central Edinburgh — Bruntsfield, Fountainbrige, Merchiston, Marchmont, Grange, Polwarth & Sciennes.

Our electric cargo bikes are available to borrow for free — great for transporting children, groceries and medium-sized loads.
